We will ship your order within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
We offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
