It is suggested that you use eBay messages for all sales inquiries and feedbacks. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm (GMT+8). All emails received during weekends and public holidays will be replied the next business day and we will answer your queries as soon as we see them. Please try to resend your message if you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time.
Paypal is the primary form of payment we accept for now. We could also take bank transfers, please contact us for more details.
We ship worldwide but please note that all purchases can only be sent to addresses currently on filed with eBay or Paypal. The item will be sent via Hong Kong Post / Singapore Post registered air mail. Transit times vary by region and here is a rough delivery guideline:
Asia, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, European Union countries(with exceptions) ~ 10 to 14 business days
Spain, Portugal, Eastern Europe ~ 2 to 3 weeks
The rests of the world ~ 3 to 4 weeks
Refund or replacement will be offered for items not received beyond 4 weeks of purchase. Please contact us for countries not listed, as sometimes it may take more than a month for buyers from those areas to receive the merchandise.
Products may be subjected to local import taxes and duties when they enter your country. These charges are your responsibilities. Please refer to your local custom office to find out what these additional costs are prior to buying. They will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery. Please do not confuse them for extra shipping charges. If you are refusing a package because of tax issues, only a partial refund will be offered as you will be liable for the shipping costs and administrative fees levied by our courier.

We do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
We will ship your order within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
We offers a 14 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Replacement items will be exchanged within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Some images are for illustrative purposes only.
